Full walkthrough

Five minutes, in the order that actually makes sense. No jargon.

  1. 1Understand what this app is forBaseball card prices move around a lot, and plenty of cards sell for less than they're really worth. This app watches listings all day, works out a fair price for each card from what similar ones actually sold for, and shows you the bargains. It never buys anything for you — it just points and explains.Go to the home page
  2. 2Start on the RadarThe home page is one ranked list, and it answers the only two questions that matter together: is this card selling for less than copies of it actually sold for, and is this player really going to reach the big leagues? A card has to pass both to reach the top — a huge discount on a player going nowhere is the trap, not the bargain. Under that sit the urgent ones, the cheap long shots, and the ones that are a single thing short, each saying which thing.Open the Radar
  3. 3Read one opportunityEvery row carries the whole case: what you pay delivered, what it's worth and how sure we are, how good the player and the card are on their own, whether collectors would want him, whether this could be a $1,000 card, and what a good and bad outcome look like in dollars. Then the exact number to open an offer at, the one to settle at, and the point to walk away. Anything we can't measure shows a dash and says why rather than being filled in.Look at the top card
  4. 4Search when you know what you wantType a player, a card, or both — “Theo Gillen /99”, “2024 Bowman Draft auto”. It answers both halves: prospects whose names match, and every listing on the board that does. Underneath are the filters for price, format, print run, grading and score, so you can narrow to exactly the shape of card you buy.Try a search
  5. 5Look up the player behind the cardA card is only worth something because of the player on it. We follow every hitter and pitcher in the minor leagues, from Triple-A — one step below the big leagues — right down to rookie ball. Sort them by who's improving fastest, who's closest to the majors, or who's cheapest to buy into, and narrow to a team, a league or a position.Browse the players
  6. 6Read one player in three secondsOpen any player and the top of the page answers three questions: how good are they, is now the moment, and is it cheap to get in. Under that we show whether they're actually getting better than last season — a player improving while moving up a level is the one whose cards reprice. If we can't measure something we show a dash and say why, rather than filling it in.Open a player

Where prospect data becomes card intelligence.

Deal Sniper reads prospect trajectory, live Bowman listings and real transaction data to surface cards where player, card and price line up — and when nothing clears the bar, it says so instead of filling itself. How we score

Player data. Card data. Market intelligence.

How a card reaches the top

Two gates, both required. Underpriced means at least 15% below the recency-weighted median of what copies actually sold for — asking prices are never comps, and a card nobody has sold recently cannot pass, however cheap it looks. Likely to make it means 5.5/10 or better on how far up the ladder the player already is, how young he is for that level, whether he's producing, and whether he's a pitcher.

Every score on a card is an ordering, not a probability. There is no backtest here and no outcome data to calibrate one, so the only percentage we print about the $1,000 question is where a card sits among the cards on this board today — a statement you can check by scrolling. Bear, base and bull are multiples of a measured fair value; a card we can't price today gets no future prices either.

Prefer to search rather than be told? Search runs the whole board against your own words, and Players ranks the prospects themselves.
